The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I like that you can see the bio and schedule of each practitioner online to help you choose the best fit for you and your schedule. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome and offer of a drink while we... wait every single time. It is so well maintained and clean. Ashley O is my physiotherapist, and I was skeptical at first considering I have had some questionable experiences at other places but from the start she was personable and professional. I go to this clinic for everything!Massage: I have been seeing Aspen for over six... months now and am still constantly astounded by her technical expertise and sports medicine knowledge! I have seen quite a few RMTs and she is by far the most professional and skilled. If you are looking for a strong, therapeutic massage, look no further!Acupuncture: Michelle is a perfect storm of sports medicine and traditional medicine. I have had great success with pain management and she continues to improve other conditions like teeth grinding and headaches. She is the third practitioner I have received acupuncture from, but she is the one that made me a believer!Chiro: Brooke is very energetic and positive, which makes for a great appointment every time. She answers all my questions clearly, and she takes the time to make sure I understand the treatment. She is also very adaptive, if one method doesn't work she will adjust or change so that you are getting the best possible treatment. Hands down, amazing!Physio: Matt is the 10th physio I have been to, and he leaves them all in the dust. His approach is well structured and tailored to the individual. He is very motivating without pushing too hard and is always there to correct form. I appreciate his dedication to active physio when everyone else in the industry seems to just assign cookie cutter exercises to do at home. This facility is brand new and very impressive! There is a huge area on the main floor... with various types of physiotherapy treatments and activities. I saw many athletes coming for treatments. The upstairs is full of private rooms for various treatments such as massage, acupuncture, reflexology. It is a welcoming atmosphere with lovely staff that make you feel welcome and relaxed. I won't be going anywhere else. So much better then the other massage chain places. Highly recommended!read more

This facility is incredible. As a competitive powerlifter we have some bizarre injuries.... I went to see Mike and after the prescribed drills I slowly fixed my rotator cuff injury. I am glad I came here. The physio assistant is also great that has helped me (can’t remember her name). The place is very clean. Friendly staff. There is a recovery room with an ice bath and sauna that I’ve yet to try out. Love this place. Recommend it to anyone!read more

He's never had a massage before, and I can assure you he walked out like a million bucks. Mike has been my physiotherapist for almost 10 years and he is by far the best. He takes... time to understand and listen to how you are feeling and gives you realistic expectations and goals. He remains professional while also being a support in your rehabilitation journey. He even makes early morning appointments fun and exciting which is the best start to a day. The clinic is the best in Edmonton and has amazing staff both admin and clinicians. Everyone makes you feel welcome and treats you with the greatest care. If you’re looking for a clinic that can offer you the best treatment Movenetics is the place to go to! You can get physio, massage, chiropractor and acupuncture treatment from the best staff in Edmonton. If I could leave 10 stars Mike and his amazing staff deserve it!read more

Movenetics is an fantastic facility with the best practitioners. From physiotherapists to... chiropractors to massage therapists this practice has the best of the best. Everyone who works there are the kindest people who care about you and want to see you get better. Mike has put so much thought and attention into his practice and you can see all of his core values reflected in the facility. The staff at Movenetics are super personable and friendly. They direct bill and also have... a super user friendly online booking system. The space is bright, clean and inviting!If you need physiotherapy I would highly recommend Mike. He is so knowledgeable, professional and an extremely skilled practitioner. I suffered from chronic neck and upper back pain and saw many physiotherapists in the past that honestly did not help me. I decided to give Movenetics a try and I booked in with Mike. I am so glad I did because he gives me what other physiotherapists could not. Pain free days and no more headaches!I also see Michelle for acupuncture. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her! I book one hour treatments and always leave feeling so relaxed. I have found acupuncture the perfect addition to my pain management strategy.10/10 recommend!read more

Had the bets acupuncture treatment of my life with Michelle- I came in for a recurring... treatment to deal with some back pain but woke up that morning feeling like I was getting sick. I shared this with Michelle and she quickly assessed and got to treating this, I was so lethargic and run down walking into that appointment and left feeling 90% better. Cannot recommend Michelle enough, I had no idea how much accu can treat, highly recommend!read more

Amazing service, with crazy good vibes and energy. I see physio Mike and his amazing... assistant Ayah, along with Brooke for chiropractic treatment. I can honestly say as someone who works in dental suffering injuries from a previous MVA; struggling with constant neck and back strain, they have brought me tremendous pain relief. They take all previous history into consideration using your past, present, and future to give you top tier care. Hands down best treatment I’ve ever received 10/10 recommend !!read more

I have had an amazing experience here thus far. A few months ago I suffered a herniated... disc causing me severe sciatica. I started coming here in early December and have seen substantial improvements. After a frustrating experience with a previous physiotherapy clinic where I felt brushed... off and misdiagnosed/mistreated, I was hesitant to try another place. However, visting Movenetics has been a game changer! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could need for recovery. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and what really stood out was the difference in the approach: instead of rushing through the appointment, he focused on me as an individual, making sure my treatment was tailored to my unique needs. From October 31st when I first visited the clinic, to December 20th Mike got me on the proper path and worked hard to get me in the right hands for the surgery I needed. And I cannot wait to continue my rehab, knowing I'm in the best hands with Mike and his team and Movenetics. I highly recommend this clinic!read more

New and Clean Clinic! Highly recommend seeing Crystal. I had a hard time booking in with... her, but she was definitely worth the wait. She was recommended by my MD, and a couple of my colleagues. True sweetheart with magic hands. Not sure what she did but she fixed a long term concern of mine in just one go.Definitely recommending her to my neighbours and everyone I know!For sure coming back to see her once the waitlist settles down.Love the lady at the front who was so kind and welcoming. Movenetics is such a lovely clinic. I booked my son and daughter-in-law for a treatment... with Crystal because she was highly recommended on 2 community pages on FB.They both absolutely loved her!She referred out my son to seek physio treatment for his persistent back pain, and my daughter-in-law on the other hand was referred to the chiro, I respect her honesty for recommending where they would benefit more. I've had Crystal as my massage therapist for awhile now as she's very thorough with her... work. I would always come in sore and leave extremely sore but, after the dust settles, I'd feel like a million bucks. I've seen many therapists before as I suffer from chronic back pain and she's been the only one who's actually been able to treat it and make the pain go away.Fast forward and I got hurt at work and ended up needing to go for physiotherapy. I've seen the same physiotherapist from a different clinic for years but somehow the back pain would always comeback. After my treatment with Crystal, she highly recommended that I see Matt at their clinic. At first I was hesitant as someone else has always handled my physio needs but since he came highly recommended, I decided to give it a go.Matt was extremely thorough and easy to talk to. He was able to explain to me why things were hurting, what causes it, and was able to break down my treatment plan and actually tell me why we needed to said plan. I hope I don't get hurt at work again but if I do, definitely going to see him again.Overall, very satisfied with Movenetics. The therapists actually care and they're not just a cash grab clinic. They actually take the time to get to know you, your work, etc in order to treat you properly. Definitely found the clinic for me.read more
