Aspen Hawkins

Massage Therapist

Hi, I’m Aspen! I completed my 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma at MacEwan University.
I offer therapeutic treatments supported by a comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology and kinesiology. These foundations, as well as a thorough initial assessment, allow me to develop a personalized and effective treatment plan.
As a former athlete and dancer, I experienced first-hand the importance of proper injury recovery and injury prevention for maintaining long-term tissue health. My goal as a practitioner is to help you restore and maintain healthy tissues for optimal performance, whether that’s for sports or everyday movement.
I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skills to offer my clients the highest quality care. I am currently certified in Graston (IASTM), Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue, Kinesio/Athletic Taping, Intra-Oral/TMJ, Joint Mobilization, PNF, Sports Massage and Remedial Exercise Planning. When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me playing volleyball, breaking a sweat at spin class or winding down in the yoga studio.
I’m excited to collaborate with you on your wellness journey, whether you’re seeking recovery, maintenance, or just general therapeutic bodywork – I look forward to working with you!
